By accessing or using dailyprompting.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

dailyprompting.com is a free web tool that analyzes AI prompts and returns a quality score, a change analysis, and an improved rewrite. The service is operated by NEURINOVA, MB, a company registered in Lithuania.

The tool is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. The quality of output depends on the quality of the input and on the AI model's capabilities at any given time.

The free tier allows up to 10 prompt analyses per day per user. These limits exist to prevent abuse and ensure fair access for all users.

We reserve the right to adjust usage limits at any time. We'll aim to communicate significant changes in advance, but are not obligated to do so.

You agree not to use dailyprompting.com to:

• –Submit prompts designed to manipulate, jailbreak, or extract harmful output from AI systems.
• –Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to generate or submit prompts.
• –Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or CAPTCHA challenges.
• –Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.
• –Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service or its infrastructure.
• –Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users.

Prompts you submit are processed in real-time and are not stored by us. You retain full ownership of any prompts you submit.

The improved prompts generated by the service are yours. You may use, share, publish, or sell them without restriction and without attribution to dailyprompting.com.

We make no claim of ownership over anything you create using this service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. AI-generated content can contain mistakes — always review output before use.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service — or any part of it — at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NEURINOVA, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last revised. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the website.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
